El Toro’s most popular product is their legendary Carne Asada. Described as “incredible,” at least half of all the customers who come in the store walk out with the Carne Asada. The meat is being raised naturally in the San Joaquin Valley and according to Bob, the dish is so popular that it is often shipped to customers who live in locations across the country.
