For over a year, News-n-Views has prided itself on being South Orange County’s go-to comprehensive publication for local news, hot-button political issues, and popular community happenings. We have unreservedly strived to be an informative newsletter, while still aiming to preserve the neighborhood, family-friendly feel that originally made us unique from other O.C.-based publications, and ultimately made us who we are today.
Along the way, we have gained thousands of loyal readers from the combined communities of Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, and most recently, Irvine. And not only have we gained a faithful fan base, but a culprit to our enduring success.
It is because of your unwavering interest and steadfast readership that we have been able to establish and uphold such a long-standing, quality publication—our sincere appreciation for your fidelity cannot be emphasized enough.
However, all good things must come to an end, and though the world of writing has made it taboo to employ clichés, there is no phrase or string of words that could more originally convey our recent choice.
News-n-Views has firmly decided to cease publishing.
Our last issues will be sent out the last week of May and our final issue will be distributed to the community on Thursday, May 27, 2010.
Whether you glanced over our issues once or twice or perused them each week religiously, we are thankful for your interest, time, and most of all, support. Articles, news, and community politics framed our publication, but ultimately, you defined it.
Once again, thank you—News-n-Views could not have done it without you.
