Covenant Hills dons the luxury of a five-star resort. |
Ladera Ranch may have numerous neighborhoods, tree-lined streets, a community intranet and spacious homes, but did you know that it also has five “village clubs?”
What exactly is a village club? It is a place where residents meet, greet and have fun whether they are swimming in the pools, playing tennis, bike riding or barbecuing with their friends and neighbors.
In fact, Ladera actually has five village clubs – each with its own flair and twist. No two really are alike. There’s Oak Knoll's classic Craftsman style clubhouse offering residents green lawns, pools, a water play park and lush gardens.
Then there’s Avendale's Plantation style clubhouse that beckons families to come play a round of tennis, a beautiful swim complex, water fun zone, tot lot, barbecue and picnic areas, and gardens.
Over at Flintridge, it is more about elegance as the clubhouse boasts a splendid view terrace, outdoor fireplace, tennis, resort pool and spa.
Not to be outdone, Terramor village club has a fun interactive water park with beach-style wading, picnic area, a state-of-the-art skate park, tike bike trail and open lawns.
Of course, just outside the gates of Covenant Hills is the newest village club, a lovely Spanish Colonial style with exotic garden picnic areas, a variety of pools, water play park, tennis, tot lot and open lawns.
Bottom-line: There is so much to do in Ladera Ranch that residents do not have to venture out for much other than to grab something to eat grocery shop or fill up their gas tanks. What makes the community truly unique is that it does have five clubs with something for everyone whereas most communities are just that –a neighborhood -- but Ladera is a lifestyle.
